‘Ignite Your Life’ is a series of free events funded by Halton and St Helens NHS, that aim to skill people up to stay strong during difficult times. The events are open to people living and working in Halton and St Helens and will include workshops on the following topics:
Everyone who attends will receive a free £10 love2shop gift voucher.
Mark Swift, Project Manager explains that “these events provide a unique opportunity for local people to learn practical skills to stay strong, how to stay confident and how to help yourself and others feel good”.
Paula Gamester and Dr Laura Pogue Co-directors of the Wellbeing Project are understandably “delighted” to be delivering this innovative project in partnership with our local NHS.
