To access the free guides and audio files, click the link above. On the page that opens, please select the drop down menu listed as "category" and select - self help. This will give you a comprehensive list of conditions. Please feel free to download them for your own use.

Joining the directory is easy and IT'S FREE!

Click the tab 'create new account' and register your details.

Make up a username for your organisation and submit a contact email address. A unique password will then be sent to you.

Once these have been authenticated by our team, your organisation will be added to the directory listings and you'll be able to log into your account and keep your organisations details up to date.

How to Add Information to the Site

Log in to the site using your username and password
Fill out the online information form
Submit the form
All the information submitted is reviewed and verified by a member of the Health Improvement Team
Once this information is verified and approved. It will be submitted on the sites listings.

Tips for Submitting Information

Be concise – keep to the point
Provide full contact details and the name of a key contact (if appropriate)
Don’t forget to add your organisation logo to the site as this is good publicity for you!
